Writing a good mooting problem is quite an art. Fear not. MootingNet have put together a user-friendly guide to writing a mooting problem and it is available here. Example problems If you don't want to write your own problem, here are some prepared earlier. The problems are sorted by legal area, and most are available both as Portable Data Format (PDF) files, with some also available in HTML. We recommend that you use the PDF files wherever possible. More information on viewing / printing PDF files is available here. The problems available in PDF format below may be freely reproduced for use in mooting competitions provided they are used in the form provided on this site.
